Hobart service tell me that I cannot be in there without a mask with my son I give my son a mask and then tell me I can't be in there because I don't have a mask if you want me in your establishment provide a freaking mask

I had waited about 11/2 hours for my appointment and had a 2:38 time indicated for my haircut. I arrived about 3 minutes early. Checked in at the curb and was told there were three ahead of me, translated to another 40 minute wait in my car. When I told the employee to cut me off the list as I understood this was a time reserved for my haircut all I got was a shrug of the shoulder and an OK, no sorry no nothing. BAD BUSINESS! BAD SERVICE!
